I just wanted to take a moment to thank the YVR concierge team Lana and Yena who greeted me so warmly and helped me celebrate an achievement of a million miles! Totally unexpected and thank you as well to Sue the manager at the signature suite who made my meal so memorable with Shoka my server. What a way to cherish my first YVR to DXB flight. What class...what a suprise and what a once in a lifetime experience. From when I checked to concierge office, to being escorted when I dined, and even going on to the plane...when I finally saw my signed card from all the YVR concierge team congratulating me on a million miles....thank you for taking the time to make a special moment that much more memorable. Kudos to AC to having such a great team. I even had another couple on board wish me well for making it! Was excited to see my on board service director Takashi and Shelan and am looking forward to more experiences with AC. Heck if I can make my buddies (also superelites) a bit jelly...Im happy with that cause its a story I will always bring up during our celebrations!
