Isn't this the point: some drivers won't take the fare if they can't contact you by phone, and they're not going to call an overseas number.
Yea, this was my concern - I mean, I'm assuming *most* taxi and Didi drivers will know how to dial international numbers otherwise? And if not, my wife being able to speak the language *should* help in that regard I would hope
