I think I'm still having trouble interpreting the policy.
I'm flying SFO-DOH-CAI and in reverse on the return.
My SFO-DOH appears to be a P fare and the DOH-CAI legs are in F.
I'm also OWE.

What are my lounge options when transiting DOH?
