Interesting detail regarding the middle section of bulkhead row 31 (WT). The armrest between 31D and 31E is moveable, whereas the one between 31E and 31F is fixed (E being the middle seat and bassinet location).

If the middle seat stays empty (as on my flight today, thank you theoretical seating!) 31E is therefore significantly more comfortable than F imho:
