I wouldnt count on it, they havent closed yet and have tons of work to do on an old building/s, and once the start to open the walls, floors, ceiling Im sure they will be in for many a surprise

Besides that they are relocating the reception to the 2nd floor as well as the out door pools and the old pool area is still at ground level. They also have to move the 1930 house over to the 40th St side not sure if that too will be on the 2nd floor or left on the old ground level. They have tons of work ahead of them. We arent counting on them to be open for The '25 Winter Peak Season
