I realise in some cases there might be a little company insight, but especially in the case of EUPJ, how does one know its active? Is there a site that sends you an alert or is it a case of simply parking flight tracking sites/apps over last known locations and waiting to see if it shows up?
Its transponder has been active in Madrid over 3 days in the past week (visible on Flightradar and Plane Finder apps). Usually that is a sign its electronics are being tested as there has been no physical movement noted around MAD airport.
