Yes, it is.
I have done this myself....(at least all the way from airport baggage claim to the hotel reception).
However there is one small section inside "the circle" shopping court area where you have to use a clear glass elevator because there is a long flight of stairs. The baggage trolley fits into the elevator, so should be fine.
If alternatively you stay at the nearby Hyatt Regency, you can avoid the outside courtyard stairs, and the walk is slightly shorter.
Whichever you choose, when leaving the baggage claim area you will need to reach the
tram and local bus area before you proceed to "the circle" shopping area, so look out for the signage for this.
