This makes sense but the way it's worded sounds like you can use it when you arrive on any flight.
If you are travelling onboard to a domestic flight and already have lounge access via status then that right isn't anything additive.
I guess to be not confusing they probably should have specified that it applies to domestic arrival flights only (as otherwise you would already be entitled)
