Data point:

Applied for UA business card last week; no instant decision but "in review". Calling the automated line the next day yielded the "you'll be notified in 7-10 business days" message. Some blogs say this message means you've been declined and the letter is in the mail, but today, a week after applying, the automated message changed to "you're approved".

Other relevant info: FICO around 820, have had personal and business Chase cards for years. Since my business is still aspirational at this point, I honestly put $0.00 as annual business income on the app.
