Yep. That's why I didn't book with Southwest even though the timings were slightly better. My flight is at 3:45 PM on a Tuesday so hopefully it isn't busy. I don't have status, but have TSA pre (global entry) so I was thinking 2 and a half hours before (like 1:15). I'm also flying J out of SFO, but I don't think that'd help at AUS. Thanks for your help!
