Sign-up to Cathay. No SMS received so can't verify mobile, so how to sign-up?
Very frustrating several attempts using my and two others' mobile numbers and no SMS is received ..so phone can't be verified and therefore no sign-up occurs.
There's no option to verify by email. And IF mobile number of friends worked, then its recorded as the mobile associated with account (and their phones are not on my possession, so would be a hassle to contact them every time a SMS is involved with Cathay.
It's a working weekday, no holiday.
Anyone else experience this? How did you get it resolved?
