My Precheck is up for renewal in June and I'm wondering/nervous about the renewal process.

I've always been a model citizen, complete with tons of volunteer work, but got into some trouble last year. I sold a weapon to someone who subsequently used it in a not-so-good way, and the sheriff's office held me responsible by charging me with "Providing a weapon to a person of unsound mind." The Precheck website says it's a disqualifier if you have been convicted of a felony for "unlawful sale, transfer...of a weapon," but my charge was just a misdemeanor with adjudication withheld. Should I expect this to be a problem in renewing Precheck?
