Just checked out of a wonderful 2 nights stay at the Park Hyatt Tokyo!

The hotel is as fine as ever, and the service is superb as expected! The upgrade was to a Premium King with view of Mount Fuji (instead of a suite as the hotel was completely full) and they apologized for that lack of upgrade with a voucher of 2 drinks which was put to good use with 2 fantastic glasses of Dom Ruinart Champagne during dinner at Girandole

Our room was really nice, spacious, and my wife was wondering why the hotel needs to be renovated, LOL. They told us that the hotel will likely reopen in May 2025.

It was cold and rainy all weekend so Mount Fuji could not been seen until this morning when it was so clear, and the sight is awe-inspiring!

Dinner at Girandole was wonderful, and the service was expertly discreet befitting a fine restaurant at a world class hotel! The Japanese breakfast now needs to be pre-ordered as it’s always sold out early, so we ordered ours yesterday and enjoyed it today - it was epic!

The Globalist amenity was a pound cake which was not bad (I wanted wine but that’s fine), the turndown service every night was expertly done, and I really appreciate the little touch of luxury like the very clear instructions of how to use the adapters for USB and plug converter since the AC outlets were at the bottom of the stand and not easily found!

We can’t wait to return in 2025 after the hotel will have a new look!
