I was thinking of staying at the Prince Sakura Tower, but wasn't sure if that was sufficiently high end (if the restaurants discriminate in that way). Would it just be the RC, the 2 Editions, the Prince Gallery, and Bulgari? What about Mesm?
Can't speak of the others, but the RC Concierge got me reservations to **Michelin Sushi restaurants a day in advance. If you are after *** I need to pass, I am not such a sushi expert to justify the price
The sushi bar in the RC is also great, at least for me as a Westerner.
