Slightly off topic, but took 40 minutes to get through fast track at T1 yesterday when flying EZY. Fast track there has been moved to a single lane in a corner which can only handle one passenger at a time. 20 mins to the front of the queue, then 20 mins waiting for my bag to be retrieved from secondary (where it had gone for no reason at all) by the astonishingly slow staff. The rejection rate was 40% according to the screens.
