Use Avianca UATP card for partner airlines?

Hi-- I have an Avianca UATP card that expires at the end of this year. I'm looking through the wallet's website and FAQs on how to use the UATP, and it says I can use it on any codeshare flights shared between Avianca and its partner airlines. There's two flights I'm looking at, one with a direct partner of Avianca-- TAP Air Portugal-- and the other within the same Star Alliance and a partner of TAP Air (but doesn't seem to be a direct partner of Avianca's) -- Azores Airlines.

I'm hoping someone here can help with the following questions:
1) How do I search for codeshare flights on Avianca's website? I found some the good ol' fashioned way on Google Flights and Matrix, but they haven't offered a chance to book through Avianca's website.
2) Would I be able to book either the TAP Air flight or the Azores Flight (which works better than the former) through Avianca's website, following the steps in question one if/when I can finally find and confirm these flights?
3) Would I be able to use the UATP card to book either the TAP Air Portugal flight or the Azores flight?
4) I know UATP cards are [usually] universal, but I've tried using it for these flights directly through their websites and haven't gotten anywhere. Does anyone know if the Avianca UATP cards are strictly for use only on Avianca/flights found through the website? Or are there specific airlines that it does work for and I can use the UATP card there?

TIA
