Yes me too on the website. The app works, tho. Never simple with Frontier.
Even on the app, it often works poorly. This morning, I went to look at my trips on the app and it included old trips as new. I saw trips that I did not recognize and thought that I had been hacked and went to my credit card site. Come to find out, they were my trips from last year.
Any time this happens to me, I can log out of and back into the app, and it all loads fine. No need to uninstall and reinstall the app.
