What's your short haul tea record?

One for those of us of a more teetotal disposition. I am not one myself but I count teetotalers amongst my close friends, and often myself choose that ever fragrant elixir of the mystic east, tea. Yes, tea, which restores and revives, where the outpourings of Nicolas Feuillatte really just causes heartburn and acid reflux (though I'll admit that it is good for making chicken gravy, which is where the mini bottles I would occasionally be presented with tended to end up).

The most I've managed in terms of tea per mile was three (3) on a Jersey to Gatwick B2B aided by my asking the Cabin Manager to get one on the go for me as I disembarked. I make that 1 cup per 50 miles or so. I'm sure I'm a rank amateur in comparison with some here, but the toilets do get closed down 10 minutes before landing, and there are some risks not worth taking with a drink which is, after all, a mild diuretic. Very easy to overdo it and end up like our unfortunate friend in Copenhagen recently.

Any advance on one tea per 50 miles flown?
