The Texts! The Emails! Please stop asking me about my experience Marriott!

Seven texts from the Miami Airport Aloft this weekend over a 3 night stay asking me how my stay was going.

A text this morning about how they can make my stay at a Wisconsin Dells Springhill Suites this week more memorable (they can cancel my trip there and send me back to Miami).

An email this afternoon from the Warrior Hotel in Sioux City asking how they can make my two night stay more special... when I'm there in four weeks?


Marriott is not the only company on my crap list for spamming me with texts and emails, but I feel like they've been out of control lately. I know that the bonuses for the managers of these properties are based on surveys/reviews, but this is becoming so bothersome.

Is there an opt-out of communication that I'm missing here?
