QR are super protective of their lounges. You cannot guest into Al Safwa or Sl Mourjan (sp?) in DOH. You’d have to go to the designated FF lounges they have for your class if travel. It may get complicated as they might direct your wife back to the J lounge. My experience is QRs ground services to be very process driven - even with their own members. They might let you pay for your daughter to go into the QR lounges but it’s not cheap and you need to weigh that against the layover time.

Usual guesting with BAEC Gold for OW lounges by BA and QF but F lounge will depend on your wife being eligible in her own right in the F segment, otherwise for all three it is J lounges.
