Totally disagree. AF has been far and away the BEST carrier I've dealt with on serious IRROPS issues, including twice rebooking me onto EK without any fuss. The key is to actually contact AF (or KLM) when IROPS occurs and not rely on the comparatively limited capabilities of Delta.
