I believe concourse B was original to the current terminal building. It used to have a public observation deck on the roof. CLE has a lot of important firsts in commercial aviation history that most who visit the airport are unaware. Unfortunately, UA has not been kind to this airport, closing a hub in the 80s, then purchasing CO and again closing a hub here in the 00s.
