No accounting for taste and all that, but DXB-BOS on EK 777 is a pretty strong contender IME for worst long-haul J flight in the world, given the duration and bottom-tier hard product. Good lounge in DXB, though.

AF's 2-2-2 A330s that often show up in BLR aren't great, but at least they're lie-flat. AF's schedule to BLR, as I remember it (fairly early arrival into CDG) is such that there would almost certainly still be flights to the US that you'd make after a 3 hour delay; I see AF191 of the 24th departed BLR 3:11 late and arrived 2:28 late, at 11:08. At minimum, the departures to the US scheduled after 2pm would be available to you (JFK, IAD, ATL, and MIA likely the most viable: any of these would give you at least a quick lounge stop in CDG and SkyClub in the US).

Within 24 hours of scheduled departure, the codeshare marketing disappears: at that point AF is in control. They do interline with EK, though I suspect EY or rebooking the TATL would be more likely.
