I watched this place go up and thought it was a terrible location, right next to the noise and stink of GA400 and the occasional MARTA train. There doesn't seem to be much of interest nearby unless you're into malls or want to drive everywhere, which in Buckhead is always a challenge; I lived on the other side of Ptree Rd for a few years and the traffic finally broke me.
