Good point but I suppose being a British company BA would stand by it. The BA policy is not to serve alcohol to those under 18's the crew in this case of the OP have not done any due diligence and served it freely.
Well in typical FT fashion, we drifted away from BA’s policy about 362 posts ago. We’re now taking about the legal issue, and we all agree (except for one person) that there is no law to stop a 15 year old being served champagne on a plane.
