Comments: Arrived early off the overnight from the US. Upgraded to "Club Level" (which is really just a high floor - club amenities are delivered at the lobby bar), with a room ready. I kindly asked if they had any suites, and noted we would wait to check in if so. A phone call later and lucked into a suite that was ready to check-in.
