I agree more of an issue for what's left of United ar CLE than Delta. That said, I find Frontier fine as long as it's only for a non-stop and I don't absolutely have to get to my destination (many of their routes only have one non-stop per day or even every couple of days so rebooking is a mess if IRROPS).
