Similarly, I fly an RT in Economy Plus with TAP. The booking class is not shown. Only EF3PLU50.
The Customer Service rep that I spoke to did not have a clue what I was talking about when I asked her.
If this most expensive booking class is actually an "E", then I am shafted wrt A3 because I will get no miles nor TPs.
I guess the only way to find out is to fly to MRS and back to LIS and see what shows up in my A3 account. 😉

Flying someone else to Marseille from LIS was insanely expensive wrt € and time/duration. Thus TAP was a no-brainer - even on their E90.
