No need to wait! I can tell you how it's going to work.
Both stays will post as overlapping stays since its two different properties. You'll get point credit for both, but it will flag your account for "gaming" since you should not have your Bonvoy number on different reservations at different hotels for overlapping dates. You are only at one hotel, so your Bonvoy number should only be on one reservation. If this is your first and only time doing this, it is extraordinarily unlikely you'll have any consequences. Repeated infractions will have your overlapping stays/points removed and you'll receive a warning.
