All three hotels you have listed are pretty old. Beach Rotana is now a city hotel, opposite Maryah Island and the beach is pretty minimal. Sheraton used (20 years ago) to be on the beach, then they extended the corniche and how it's separated from the actual beach by a motorway. Le Meridien is also not on a beach. If I were you, I'd look for something on Saadiyat. The Rixos (which I have stayed at) is all-inclusive though I didn't particularly like it. My fave is the Park Hyatt, but you also have the St Regis, the Rotana and the Jumeirah.
