CLT-LAS comes in just under 2000 miles hence 40TP instead of the 140TP that you were anticipating:
Therefore the TP awarded here appears to be correct.
You need also to remember domestic First class on AA is marketed as First Class in name only. They book as Business as far ticketing is concerned into JCDRI bookings classes, not F or A which are reserved for 3 class transcon services on select routes (JFK-LAX for example).
The reason Finnair earns 80TP instead of 40TP between HEL-LHR is because it falls just over the threshold over what the BAEC considers to be a 'long' European sector. Even then this is somewhat a quirk and down to historical earning on this particular route that stems from the days when BA operated the route with their own metal.
AY had to offer the same as a Oneworld partner in order to offer seemless benefits. These days BA codeshare exclusively on the route with all flights operated by AY.
It's worthwhile mentioning that AY doesn't (or at least never used to) double up on tier point earning to other similar length routes operated other than to the UK and Ireland. It's very much a BA thing in that respect. If you look at HEL-BCN operated by AY for example on the BAEC calculator, it comes in almost 500 miles longer in sector length than HEL-LHR and yet only earns 40TP in Business.
There are a few Euro routes which are in excess of 2000 miles which trigger long haul tier points (140 in Business). These include Helsinki-Malaga and Helsinki -Tenerife.
