Mixing cabins on OB vs IB on 2-4-1 Voucher

I've already booked OB for 2 on 2 for 1 voucher. I want to call in to add return trip now availability has opened up.
OB is in F, but IB only has Club - is it possible to mix F and J on a 2-4-1 voucher R/T?
