We stayed there second week of Feb. for 4 nights on points. Only room available at booking was 2 Queen Accessible. I replied to hotel prearrival email to request upgrade to ocean view room if available. Morning of check in I saw my reservation showed Ocean View 2 Queen. The room was on the 6th floor one building to right (as you face the ocean) of Lobby with great view of the resort below us and ocean in front of us. We would sit on the balcony and look for whales. Our previous stay was right before New Years 2019 and I was assigned a room with parking lot view.
