Just flew FRA-YYZ yesterday, using 3 browsers it took about 30 minutes to actually connect to wifi.

From homepage-> sign in with aeroplan (it showed up!).

When logging in with aeroplan number the little blue airplane spins forever. Ultimately it goes to either SYS001 error webpage, or times out and just takes you back to the main page asking for payment.

Try again with edge, chrome, firefox, with and without cognito. No dice, spins the little blue airplane forever.

Take a break, eat the meal, try again after and the chrome incognito browser finally works.

Anyone got any tips/tricks for this?
