Going to Japan next week and the redemption rates at the hotels near Ginza are now 60-75% higher than they were less than 9 months ago.

Aloft Hotel is now 54K points/night (was 34K above)
AC Hotel is now 54-60K points/night (was 36K above)
All the others are way up as well but I didn't compare them.

It's just gross.
