Depends on the details. From what we've seen (and you can check several other threads about this), if you are on a purely domestic AA itinerary (or used 2 PNRs) then you are likely to be sent away to the AA club. If you have PHL to LHR on BA then you won't be refused. You are unlikely to be refused on PHL-LHR on AA. In between, I suspect it depends a bit on how busy they are.
