The thing that baffles me (and maybe it's a .gov issue, rather than a DL issue) is why, if DL knows my passport information, including the expiration date, and has physically verified my passport, I have to re-confirm my passport details in FlyReady every time (while also still knowing that it will again be physically verified at the airport).
Have you checked in and saved your passport using a kiosk at airport? DL agents can do it, but 99% don't know how. (they believe it is done automatically in most cases)
