Premium Economy sits between Economy and Business. The seat is much nicer (wider, more legroom and more recline) but it’s not a suite or a bed. The food is stripped down Biz for the first meal and enhanced economy for the second. The wine is Economy. All cabins have the same IFE content (no cameras on UA but good maps) with Premium getting a good and large screen but smaller than Biz.

Think domestic First Class but better.
