CX's policy for refunding partially used ticket?
So I have a return flight from JFK to HKG and I might be staying in HK for an indeterminate period of time before turning to NY and canceling the second half might be in my best interest. The whole trip is $1800 and it's economy essential. Does CX allow cancelling a partially used ticket and if they do, how much refund I would got under such circumstances? I contacted their agent but they said they can't give me an exact answer before emailing their finance department and it's weekend so it will take several days and my next flight in in a week.
