Hello, some dumb questions...

1) I did a mock booking for 1 room 3 pax and the price for the cheapest room "Superior Twin with Sofa Bed" is ¥42,690. With breakfast it's ¥53,610, with onsen ¥50,490 and with breakfast and onsen ¥61,410.
Breakfast is ¥3,200 https://www.hvf.jp/eng/hanedaairport-grand/restaurants/
Onsen is ¥2,000 https://www.shopping-sumitomo-rd.com...userguide.html
So Room + a la carte onsen x3 = 42690+2000*3 = 48690, which is cheaper than the quoted ¥50,490
Likewise, Room + a la carte breakfast x3 = 42690+3200 = 52290, which is also cheaper than the ¥53,610
Not a big difference but surprised a package would be higher than add-on prices.

Can I re-enter? Foreign customers are not allowed to re-enter. Once you leave the museum, you will be charged a re-admission fee. Guests staying overnight can re-enter.
Does this mean whether I booked the room with onsen package or paid for the onsen separately, I can use the onsen as long/often as I want? The room's check in/out is 15-11 and the spa is 13-10, so in theory 15-10.

3) This post https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/35010096-post1.html mentions the onsen has a monthly cleaning day, but I'm not able to find info on past and scheduled cleaning days.
Does anyone know more about this?

The ¥1870 set looks decent enough, vs the 3200 breakfast buffet.
