By building out lounges large enough to at least cover the flow of their own cardholders that have paid a high fee for access, with the people with guest passes or buying daypasses (or however else you can gain access) admitted on a space-available basis.

But it's good to know - I'm not imminently adding this card, and I definitely won't count any incremental value of these lounges into the decision if I actually decide to do it.
