The concierge team here does seem to have more pull with certain sushi restaurants than other 5 star hotels. Palace Hotel was able to secure seats at a restaurant straight away, whereas my friends' hotel concierge responded that they need to wait until the 1st of the next month.
Has anyone dined at Palace Hotel's tempura restaurant, Tatsumi? Haven't tried any of Palace Hotel's own restaurants, but interested in trying out one of them.
The Palace service is even better now than pre pandemic. Restaurants are all solid - Wadakura is reliable, but haven't tried Tatsumi in years. And the concierges are very strong.
