Yes, I considering increasing the range to 4200nm but then I thought that BA is normally risk averse (the Network boffins once told me we didn't have a plane to do a LHR-BOG flight without restrictions, even though Avianca seemingly does it) and decided to go for a cleaner 4000nm.

Anyway, here's to hoping to see new plane announcements soon! And perhaps an IFE that lets you pair your own Bluetooth headphones.
