I will note that PPT doesn't have such a lounge, so you probably want to eat before getting to the airport.
DL has decided over the past few years to completely eliminate lounge access to PM's flying coach (and subsequent I don't fly them very much anymore...just dropped to GM). However, most lounge food is pretty comparable to food usually served in Y. I hardly find lounge food worth getting excited about either. Just, normally, Y food is a bit more edible than this PPT flight.
