Situations like this can happen for different reasons, such as a flag on your passport, and what reason was given?
These are all important questions if you plan to pursue further (legal) action.
No rebook or reroute was given because they claimed that there is no AF ticket office available at Oslo. Called flyingblue and they were able to identify my technical issue ticket hence refund is the only option given
