menu options were sesame chicken and rice, pesto chicken sandwich, kale and blood orange salad, and Mediterranean lentils. Also FC plate.

PFB: coffee and water. Then deplaned after taxiing, returned to terminal/new plane , and take-off 2.5 hours later.

I preordered pesto chicken sandwich. It was flavorful, but messy. I likely wouldn’t order again, mostly due to difficulty eating with size/ logistics . Taste was perfect.

Brownie tart with caramel sauce for dessert. Significant improvement over any cookie, ice cream, cheesecake - thanks Alaska Air.

FA was the best. This could have been a difficult flight due to delay, but she was pleasant, attentive, and wonderful to all first class guests. Refilled beverages during dinner service and throughout remainder of flight.
