So I was also denied after calling agent #2 today, probably because the actual fare difference is $1500 between econ and first. Customer care now has a screenshot of the issue (which is still present). For a few hours today the seat map was not accessible, now it's back but still not fixed. Within the T-5 day upgrade window now so I was assuming if I had been "pre-upgraded" but T-5 hadn't yet occurred then the seat would be selectable once we hit the T-120 hour window but seat is still not selectable, so whatever it is, it's still not fixed. I need to speak with whoever nomad420 talked to...
