ANA does offer the Superflyer's Card, which is a Japan market only credit card that offers *G. You need to be ANA Platinum or above with a home address in Japan to be able to apply.

JAL offers JAL Global Club. But if you don't already have it, you need to achieve 3000 Lifetime Status Points. If you live outside of Japan, that is basically 300,000 butt in seat miles.
