Hi all, it seems Delta has recently done a policy change. They used to allow you to change within 24 hours of your flight for free if you were booked as a paid first class passenger to another first class flight that day even if it's a higher fare class. Now it seems it must be in the same fare class. That said I can't find anything online about this policy shift and when I call the Delta plat desk they don't know anything about it. Does anyone have any insights on this?
