I just got back from a RTW 1 on *A. I almost had the ticket re-issued, and at that time was told that the fee would be $100 USDs. It was out of Melbourne, on NZ stock, and it was the NZ agents I spoke to who told me of the $100 feeif I had re-issued the tickets in SFO.
